Marta Mazzantini
Qualified Tourist Guide of Florence, Lucca, Pistoia & Parto
Born in Prato, I got my high school diploma in foreign languages (English, French and German). Employed at the Tourist Board in Prato and Florence to organize international exhibitions and local events.
After my university degree in Political Science in Florence, I moved to Bruxelles as interpreter at the European Commission.
I’ve been working for years to introduce visitors to Tuscany, where extraordinary paintings, sculpture, architectural masterpieces as wonderful countryside, sea coast and islands, excellent cuisine and wine combine each other.
I’m a fully licenced guide in Florence, Lucca and Pistoia, too.
Even after the birth of my two children, I still have time for theater, I often sing in a chorus: I love music indeed (my boys play piano and flute). I like trekking so much: you get in touch with nature and relax, too.
I still love my job and I cannot imagine anything else than to be a tourist guide.
It's a pleasure to welcome you to the wonderful land of Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Galileo et al.
